In accessing the HMBB's web pages, you agree that you are not permitted to copy, download, store (in any medium), transmit, adapt or change in any way the content or images of these HMBB items for any purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of HMBB.
Validity
By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. HMBB aims to ensure that the pricing of products on the web pages is correct at all times, however, the web pages may not accurately reflect the correct details at the moment at which you place your order. HMMB reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Availability of Goods
Availability information for crafts is listed on each individual product. All items are usually shipped within 2 business days after order is processed, or 3-4 days if temporarily unavailable. If HMBB has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, HMBB will inform you by e-mail at the address given in your order form and you may decide to cancel or wait until the item becomes available.
Your undertakings and warranties
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.
Acknowledgement of Order
When HMBB has received your order you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order. It will state what the products are, the cost and delivery details. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations.
Our Contract
A legally binding contract between you and HMBB will be formed when we send you an email confirming that we have shipped the product(s) to you. This email shall represent our legal acceptance of the offer you made to purchase the product(s) when you completed your order. In the event of any change e.g. in price or exepcted delivery date between completion of your order and contract formation, we shall inform you and you shall at that point have the right to either (i) accept such change (in which case your email reply will represent a new offer which we will accept upon notification of despatch) or (ii) reject such change (in which case your email reply will represent a withdrawal of your order, or the relevant part of your order as the case may be).
Payment
All payments are subject to validation checks. If paying by money order, items will be shipped once the money order has been processed. If paing by Paypal or Google checkout, items will be shipped once payment is processed and cleared.
Returns
If, for any reason you wish to return a product bought from HMBB you will have the right to cancel your order as long as the oder is not in "Processing" status. Most orders move into processing status withing 24 hours of order receipt. If you receive a product damaged, please email us immediately and we will provide return instructions and will send a replacement immediately upon receipt of the damaged product. Any returns for products not damaged, are at the cost of the customer.
Force majeure
HMBB shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
Although we take every care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties as to the accuracy of the information we place on our web pages. The extent of our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction, however nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit HMBB's liability for death or personal injury as a result of HMBB's negligence.
Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and HMBB shall be governed by English Law and you and HMBB submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
